    I haven’t II just searched my inbox and found that I haven’t gotten any e-mails from them since May. The Yahoo address I used to use for BC registration -never- received their e-mails, despite the box being checked under my account profile to opt-in. Their customer service was lousy and just kept giving me instructions on how to sign up, then they said I was not signed up but they had signed me up. It was never fixed, though, so I eventually gave up.

      I have the same problem! I haven’t gotten emails for months now, even though I am signed up and subscribed. I used to get these offers, so I don’t know why they suddenly stopped. And it’s not going to my spam folder. The same thing happened with Pillsbury. I contacted customer service, but they never got back to me. 🙁

        (Denise, the newsletters are definitely not going to my spam box either.)
        I must be a fool, but I just took the time to e-mail them from the other e-mail provider to see if the response will be any more productive than when I tried fixing it for the Yahoo account. In my case I do continue to receive the Pillsbury newsletters (though this week the offer for the Fiber One cookies was depleted very quickly– I did not see it on Hip2Save until too late, because, as I have noticed on some other occasions, sometimes the version of Collin’s web page for some reason doesn’t refresh for hours on my computer, so it didn’t show up to alert me until later in the day, despite the e-mail being in the mailbox).

          When I requested that the customer service person who did not get this resolved send the information to tech support, he said that web site inquiries automatically go there. I’m certainly not convince, since many of us are having problems, which I mentioned and reiterated yet was dismissed by General Mills’ customer service.

            What do you know?–Got a different type of response this time. They seem confident that the web team will resolve this, which seems to indicate that they are possibly now aware of this issue of the newsletters not coming despite being signed up for:

    My emails from BC always arrive late in the day after all the samples are gone. I do enjoy being a member though as the annual calendar is always fun to get.

      That happened here, too. I received my BC e-mail several hours after it was posted on H2S, and by then all samples were gone. Strange!

    On a side note: these definitely look interesting. They remind me, shape wise, of the “chalupas” that used to be served in the cafeteria school lunches … It was this crispy corn tortilla “boat” filled with beef and cheese. Maybe I’m alone here or I just dated myself. ;] HaHa! Anyways it’ll be nice to try.

    I receive the BC newsletter often, but it is just recipes. Have never seen any sort of freebies from them. But the recipes are nice.
