Has anyone received their 10$ off coupon for $40 gift card?

Is there a minimum that you have to spend in order to use the $10 coupon (e.g., $10 off $30)?
Also, are there certain dates when we can use the $10 off coupon?
How’d you get it? I used it last weekend and it has shipped. Order was over $40.
The $10 credit is if you bought $40 in gift cards. They send you a promo credit but it can not be used with any other promos or discounts because it is actually a coupon. You can use it on these sale prices but would not be able to use the 25% off savings pass:(

We only have an Outlet CP store by us. They will not honor these deals, Bummer! Just wanted to warn any of you ladies in case you head out expecting some great deals at an outlet store.
This started yesterday. I got the email and went over and was very disappointed at the selection at my store. Only a couple pair of pj pants and not in the size I needed. The t’s display was at the front but I could only find a couple in size large in designs my kids would wear and lots on the display were short sleeves, that were signed as $7.
It’s also online. The second link shows a webcode. If you go on the site their 25% web code is TWENTYFIVE3. Graphic tees are also on sale online, they showed up when I searched “graphic tees”.

I went in store today and shopped for 3 kids. I got jeans for $5.99 and 7.49 after the 25%. 10 shirts, 10 jeans/pants, 2 coats, and some girly accessories. $123. It was awesome!
