Same here I had to email them to see what was going on with my order. After I already had received my ship conformation they emailed me back stating the half of my order was now out of stock and on back order 😒 still waiting for the other items
I tried calling and chatting several times. The line was always busy and my chat would timeout before even connecting me with someone. Went to my local forever 21, they said they could not help. Tried to cancel my order thru paypal. Paypal said they were not able to do so. PayPal said they left a message for forever 21 to contact me. I have heard nothing. I’ll try emailing them I guess….
Tracking is showing my order placed on 12/3 is scheduled to arrive 12/17. Hopefully it is shipping complete 🙂

I received mine last week on Thursday I believe.
I received my black Friday orders in 2 packages 1 day apart last week…1 with the camis and another with bracelets…really cute! The camis are slightly on the smaller size and the bracelets(med/ large) are more medium. Great gifts, though!
I also think their camis run small. I order 6 in different colors, I always wear small, but they are like second-skin tight, I hope to be able to exchange them for at least medium.
I received my 2 camis this past Friday.
I ordered 2 camis last time, received them this past Saturday. The quality is pretty good for $1.90. But yeah, their shipping was really slow. Mine got delayed for like 3-4 days.
Same here. I ordered on 12/2. Tracking says delivery scheduled 12/20. That’s a long time. I called them today. They didn’t seem to care and I told them I would never place another order again.

FYI… I placed an order with them a week ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. Called customer service, was on hold for 30 minutes. CSR told me they are extremely back logged with orders and they couldn’t guarentee it would even ship before Christmas. I asked if they could upgrade shipping as a kind gesture and I was told no. Had to cancel my order. So if you are planning on ordering for Christmas gifts, I would not count on it arriving in time.
Got the camis I ordered in decent time and surprisingly they are pretty good quality!

No they don’t. My daughter and I both dislike tanks/camis with shelf bras so I was glad when I saw this deal posted. I ordered 12 at for Black Friday and got them late last week.
I placed my order yesterday and I got an email saying it got shipped today! I bet the cami’s took forever for some of you because of how many people purchases that item.
I love F21 but their shipping is SO slow right now. I placed an order on 12/3 and finally received it 2 days ago (I live in NYC). And the worst part is that the option other than the standard/free shipping costs $18.99 – my suggestion, go in store if you want to get something as a Christmas gift or tell the recipient that their gift is going to be more like a New Year’s gift.
