The 50% off code seems only to work on regular priced merchandise & doesn’t apply to gift sets. If you use this code on regular priced items to bring them down to 50% off, it seems that when you enter the Zulily code the prices go back up to full price. The most bang for your buck would be to buy the gift sets with the Zulily code.

Here’s what happened….I ordered $51.00 worth of products from the body shop, bought a zulilly voucher for $20. I entered the zulilly numbers at checkout and it took off $20. So I paid Zulilly $20 to take $20 off my purchase? My total payment was $31.00 so I didn’t gain anything but a lot of frustration. Thanks for this info. It is like half promotion code, half gift card. What a strange way to redeem this. The second $20 didn’t come off until I could put it in as a gift card during the final stage of payment.

Go to your my account link on Zulily at the top of the page, right side. There is a voucher link where you should be able to access the code.

You can use it tonight. You can access your voucher number from your Zulily account. Go to my account link and then look for the pull down menu where it says voucher. The number should be there.

Grrr… Zulily is so infuriating. Next day is still “processing” under voucher code. I wish I had used Paypal now… I used my Amex because it was saved in Zulily and I thought it would be faster. Got mine to work. Couldn’t get it to work with other promos including buy 2 get 2. It takes it off at checkout when you put in the zulily codes, then it changes on the recap on the right side that shows promos. Ended up getting the gifts since they automatically come up 40% without promos, then got the $45 extra gift with $30 purchase.

I bought a Zulily voucher, and after applying the complete $40 credit to my Body Shop order, I ended up paying an extra $4 or so. Totally fine with that.
My paypal shows that I was charged $4, but my Body Shop invoice now shows that only $20 credit was applied even though the cart showed the full $40 credit when I submitted the order. (I used the Zulily code as a discount and as a gift card)
Now my Body Shop account shows that I still have $20 left from the voucher?

After I purchased the voucher with a credit card, I waited 1 hr and it was still processing. So then I cancelled the order, made a new zulily account and purchased the voucher with paypal instead. This time I waited less than 5 min and the order was processed. And I used the voucher to buy ~$50 worth of gift sets, ended up paying $10 at check out :]

Still waiting here… it’s been 12+ hours now.
I finally called Zulilly as I ordered last night and still no voucher. The rep thought the voucher should show up in my account today, but couldn’t make any promises. I asked if I could cancel it and was told no, that all vouchers are final sale. Fingers crossed it shows up soon then!
So excited! I ordered a detangler comb, tea tree toner and cleanser, and the 5 pack of hand creams for $35! You get chamomille make up remover when you spend $30 with RMN50 also. I read a lot of good reviews about the tea tree line so I’m looking forward to it.

After waiting 45 minutes on the phone with the body shop, the woman told me she couldn’t do anything about $20 coming off my order instead of the voucher of $40. She immediately gave me zulilly’s phone number and told me to call them instead. I then called zulilly’s and they answered the phone right away. I told them of the problem and he said that he isn’t sure who’s end has the glitch, but since their end is involved, he is refunding my money. I would say they are a very upstanding company for believing my story when the body shop could actually see first hand and did nothing. Big high five to zulilly’s in my book!
Been on hold with Zulily for about 30 minutes. They keep trying to tell me to wait and try the code later, or try this or that, or to input the code in different ways….all of which has already been tried. The rep keeps putting me on hold to consult with “support.” Definitely tired of being put on hold and listening to the same song over and over…now they said they are aware of the issue and are going to reissue new codes to everyone by the end of the day….so I asked if I could just get a new code now over the phone instead of having to wait…they said no…so now I’m back to waiting and hoping somehow I’ll get a new code and that it will actually work this time.
