    Be careful when ordering. I placed an order on December 5th and my item has still not shipped. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for at least 45 minutes had to hang up so I tried live chat was not working. I finally sent an email 4 days ago and still no response……

      Me too! I place a single item order on Dec. 1st. My cc was charged, received an email saying my order was shipped with tracking info on Dec. 7th, it was false. Finally on Dec. 15th I waited 42 mins for live chat and was told the item never shipped. They STILL have not refunded my cc. I called Am Ex and disputed it.

    Interesting. I decided to click on the comments so I could mention that my order from the beginning of December still has not arrived. Well, this is a bummer. I have some cool stuff in that order.

    I have bought 2 separate items this month and both are already wrapped and under the tree. Sorry you are having problems.

    I ordered from them last year last minute and the gifts arrived before Christmas even though I planned on it arriving after Christmas. Unfortunately one of the lights was defective. I contacted customer service hoping for an exchange, but instead they expedited a brand new one right away and told me to throw the defective one away. I was pleased with their customer service and their cool gadgets. Sorry some are having problems this year.

    I love this site, however I feel sorry for some are having problems…
    I placed order more than 10 times, never had problem…
    But I try to not look site, because every time I look site , I always find something (but I do not really need ), and I placed order. lol
