It comes with 10 full-sized eye shadows, a full sized black 24/7 eyeliner glide on pencil (my all time fave, by the way!), and a travel sized eye primer potion. It was originally $49, now on sale for $20 which is usually the price of the eyeliner by itself!

I highly recommend a good eye primer too. Holds the shadow longer without creasing. I use UD primers.

Has anyone received their cards yet from the mail-in requests? I sent in 7 (on two different days) and haven’t heard back yet and I’m just anxious to know if others have!
I sent in 5 cards on the 19th, 5 cards on the 20th and 5 cards on the 22nd and haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m in NC and they’re in CA so I figure that BEST case scenario my cards took a week to get out there – and mail’s usually really clogged up because of the holidays, so maybe longer. They likely took off for the holidays, so they’re probably just going to be sorting through my arrived mail tomorrow, and it’ll be another week at the earliest before I’ll start looking in my mailbox with any hope. 🙂
Correction – got 4 of my first 5 that I sent out (on the 20th) today! They were all postmarked as being sent out the 29th from California. The one I received in with my product order earlier last week was a 10%, and in these 4 I got a $10 off my order, 2 20% off and one 10% off – not bad at all for $4 in stamps 🙂
Update – I’ve still only received 4 of the 15 I sent out – I put in a help request on the Urban Decay site to see if they can do anything for me as far as locating the others.

It looks to me like it’s a physical thing that will ship in the package itself. There will be a code on the card that you’ll have to enter on the site, similar to the VS rewards, to see what you won. 🙂

I just ordered from them a few days ago and got my stuff. Urban decay has the best eye primer & pencil eye liners out there!! I haven’t used their eye shadow yet cos i use bare minerals. But I am no longer a fan of Ulta. The worst customer service ever!!

Yes, I think calling it a sample “filled” bag is a bit much, personally – it’s a little zip bag with a travel-sized purple eyeliner (plushie, I think the color’s called), a travel-sized perversion mascara and a sample card with a few bubble-type samples of lipstick shades.
