If anyone sees this message from this thread, can you please let me know if you were able to redeem your cards on ‘sale’ merchandise IN the stores? I had an incident that I think was iffy…I redeemed 1 set of cards last week on sale items no problem. Then, a couple days ago, when the 50% off panties sale was on, they told me they were mistaken and would not let me redeem anymore cards on ANY sale or promotional items. I didn’t ask to speak with a manager because the line was super long.
I bought the 50% off panties yesterday with a secret rewards card and it worked fine 🙂

VS has great customer service… they are even sending me a $25.00 GC for a mess up on an order with a Secret Rewards card. I’m definitely impressed. How did your order mess up? Was it something your order got cancelled or something? Please tell me. I used 2 reward cards and my orders were canceled for some reason
i placed some orders online from the codes posted on here. all my orders were cancelled. the secret reward cards were taking off $10 but they cancelled everything. what should i do? did this happen to anyone else

I have a question! My mother in law got me a gift card from VS for Christmas. Between all the wrapping, she lost it. Is there anyway to cancel that gift card and get another or is she out the money she put on it??
