Did you try a different pick up location? I just placed and order for 2 of the alkine batteries and 2 of these head phones paid with $10 in points and gift cards then I will get money back in SYR points 🙂 Then I plan to buy the family socks something we could have all used for Christmas but will get for the New Year ! 🙂
