Thank you for posting. I had to buy new headphones for my girls for school. I had won $25.00 in shop your way points in their daily sweeps so I ended up paying only $2.53 and it showed I was getting $20 in rewards.
Have you went back in to your account and seen if your order is ready for pick up. If you paid with points check and see if you earned yours! I went through check out it appeared I was going to get points and showed I had points to pay with. I processed my order it is ready for pick up and I didn’t earn points on my purchase, I am kind of bummed! I hope I can get it fixed 🙂

I am thinking I will not get points I placed my order it appears to have processed using my points and I earned none! 🙁 Welp I guess I should have thought that one out a little better!
