I figured it out. The item was on sale but not clearance.
Where do you put the code in???
At checkout. in your shopping cart. there is a box above your subtotal that says ‘Have a coupon code? in italics and lightly grey. then you type it in and just click the add button.

The code worked for me. It only applies to clearanced items though. I just bought several shirts, pj’s, dresses, 2-pc sets for my grandson and granddaughter.
