In my experience, you can only clip the coupon once, so I’m not sure if it would work on 5. Maybe though, I have never tried 5 of the exact same item, only several items with the same coupon (Olay).
It has to be 5 different subscriptions. But if you look through the Subscribe & Save Store they have so much stuff that’s it’s pretty easy to get. They have so many household products, food and even makeup, shampoo, soap, etc. that I always have at least 5 things for less that I can go to the store and get it.
The coupon will only clip once, but you can do multiple s&s orders for the same product to get the 15% discount.

If you have a Hyvee nearby, these are on sale this week for $2.50. Buy 4 & save an additional $4, so $1.50 per box. Then there is a coupon on coupons.com for $.75/1. If you have access to 2 computers you could get 4 boxes for $3, or $.75 each

The jello Collin posted yesterday is only like $1.25. Also juice boxes (juciy juice) if you have kids, garnier fructis has a coupon for cheap gel & shampoo, Kotex sometimes has cheap pads (got some for 80¢ last month).
