  Hi Jiya,
  All of Avon’s eyeliners are pretty true in color. The black is going to be a true black. However, I would say the black Glimmerstick eyeliners provide a darker black than the ultra luxury eye liner pencils.

  I was thinking the same thing, my mom was an AVON representative for 25 yrs, my payment was free lip balms to help her package and deliver orders with her. 🙂
