  I plan on doing the same thing. I don’t think it would be an issue to combine them because a gift card is a form of tender, not a coupon.

  I’d say it’s around $10-18 dollars per entrée (by us in Wisconsin). You get unlimited soup or salad and unlimited breadsticks with entrées. It makes it worth the price in my opinion.
