I know right! However, I’m a plus sized girl and noticed that the jackets I’ve tried in xl ladies run small (very fitted) with longer sleeves… I’m a 1xl/2xl in shirts size 16/18 pants. Does anyone know if a 2x in women’s osito run true to size? Really wanna order but reviews lean towards ordering a size up so I’m on the fence… any input is greatly appreciated! TIA
I’m usually a 1x or 2x on top also and I have an osito hooded in a xl and it fits well. A little fitted but not too bad! HTH!

I have several of the Ositos and I order a size up just because I like them roomier. A medium fits just fine but I who does not want room in a sweatshirt, especially considering I often wear two shirts underneath in the winter since I live in the midwest?! I would order up, but that is just my personal preference. I think North Face run true to size, though, since the mediums fit me and that is my size. I am not sure this helps but I love the Ositos! I have them in every color and my kids like to “pet” me and snuggle with me since I am always so soft in the winter! 🙂
PS Another option is to NOT order from 6pm today but go to REI or Macy’s another store that sells NF and try them on and see what fits. Then, next time H2S posts a great deal like this, you will know what size to order!

Oh I see it now! Ty so much and great suggestion. I have trouble locating extended sizes in store though. Most are only selling 2x online 🙁
My exchange process with this company in the past was horrible. The horrible part was not waiting for a refund but rather the company’s inconsistencies and strange handling after I explained they sent me a size I did not order. In the end I was glad I used Paypal. Not sure I would have received a refund otherwise. Disappointed to see so many 6pm deals on here especially after doing some online research into the company and reading others experiencing the same.

I agree with Erica above, my return experience was horrible, and terrible! Would NEVER buy again from them. They seem to sell a lot of last year stuff and while I don’t mind getting a good deal, if I have a problem, I need honest answers. I have 8 pairs of slippers they were falling apart when I got them, sloppy sewing on sides, and they had to be threatened with me canceling my credit card payment to issue me a return. Then told me they never received package when FedEx said they delivered. Won’t order again from them. Should have checked out customer feedback before I ordered. Suggest people do before ordering.
