   did anyone get a message saying you will recieve it? after i shared it didnt do anything. when i submitted again it said my email was already submitted.

  Same thing happened to me. Sometimes they send a confirmation email. Keep an eye out for that. Hopefully it does mean we our request has been submitted.

  It does day (in light blue lettering) “Thank you for your submission” under the submit button.

   Got it to work fine. 4-6 weeks for delivery of booklet. It didn’t mention a coupon though.
