   Medium toothbrush heads should not be used! As a dental hygienist, medium toothbrush heads can do irreversible damage to your gums. Soft or extra soft toothbrushes should be used.

   I am a dental hygienist of over 13 years. I would NEVER recommend anyone use a medium bristle tooth brush!!
