I put 4 in my cart and it only took 50% off of one of the characters. I called the 800# and customer service was able to process my full order taking 50% off of 2 characters (in order to get up to free shipping)
The guy wasn’t very happy about putting it through manually, but he couldn’t give me a reason why it shouldn’t apply to my cart- so he adjusted the price 🙂
