   Do these points expire if you do not use them? I swear I had a ton of points in my account and they seem to be all gone?

  yes they do. I havent logged into my account for about 6 months and they cancelled my points

  You can email or call CS, they can reset the points.

   I just called and they credited me my points I lost they said you have to enter or redeem points every 90 days or you lose them

   I always love these points posts, but wondering if anyone knows how to get the codes to your email box? I always end up getting a bunch of emails from Kelloggs family rewards but they never have these special point codes. The emails just have info on how to earn bonus points. Thanks!!

  I am behind in my KFR emails since the first of the year. I went back and not one had any special codes, just ones with putting in codes from certain products. I used to get ‘sorry, we’ve missed you’ bonus codes if I hadn’t logged in for a while and there were none of those either. The emails are stuff good for having cpns tho.

  I just looked and both the KFR twitter page and KFR facebook pages seem to list the codes when they come out. And you dont need to log in to view.
