The facebook page is commenting on posts that EVERYONE will get a free donut, it is not limited to the first 1000 per store.
When I go to facebook, this is what I see listed on their post (* added to emphasize the limit):

The promotional flyer on FB and on email says all day long 1 per person.

My email says that EVERY ONE that comes into the shop gets a free doughnut. Doesnt have any limits in email.
My brain was being a bit dyslexic and at first I thought it said 1,000 free donuts to the first one in the store! Lol. Now that would be cray cray, lol. 🙂

Our Krispy Kreme store always gives a free glazed doughnut if the “hot doughnut” sign is on!
Ours used to, but recently said they no longer do that! So sad.
Krispy Kreme is my Kryptonite, but alas I will make the sacrifice and take one for the team and get the free doughnut. Lol!! Krispy Kreme North Miami here I come!!!
