   I have this one, and it’s a decent label maker. I have to remove the batteries between each use though, or they will be drained by the label maker, even if it’s off.

  I have the same problem… never thought of taking batteries out- just thought I had a bum machine. Worth it for 9.99 but refills are a little expensive

  I have a different Brother, same battery issue. All reviews mention it. I’ve contacted Brother, basically said go to an authorized repair center…not worth it, I paid less than $10.
