If you do the paper do you need to print 4 coupons or will one take off for all 4?

I bring (4) coupons as a reminder.
Our Staples wants 4 coupons so we always print 4. Only once has the cashier been okay using just one coupon and that time, we gave the extra coupons to people in the store wanting paper and were not aware of the rebate.
Question on the Staples 5 ream (990176) rebate ~ did find the coupon on the Staples coupon page however, cannot find it listed on the Easy Rebates page (for purchase dates etc.)

Here’s a deal idea: buy 3 Folgers coffees at $9.99. That equals $29.97. Use the free folgers coupon and the 20% (-$5.99). Brings the total to $23.97 for 4 containers. $5.99 each!!
Update… This doesn’t work, I tried it. The folgers are $7.99 at my store. Also they won’t let me use 2 coupons, and they only had 3 coffees in stock!! Not a good shopping trip.

I wonder if you can use more than one coupon at staples. Staples sent me a $20 off $75 yesterday. I need to stock up on soda stream stuff. Would I be able to use that, the 20% off coupon and the free coffee coupon? Would be a great deal if I could use all three.
My Staples won’t let me use any $ off coupon if I am using any other coupons (per disclaimer on the bottom of coupon).
I am in Maryland and my Staples let me use all coupons as long as it is 1 per item. So for example, I have the SnipSnap app and this is what I did this week. Used the $5 off $25 Cleaning & Breakroom supplies. Redeemed free 33.9 oz Folgers coffee. Used the mobile text for $25 off $75. Also used Bounty coupons to buy Bounty napkins from Coupons.com.
Staples pack paper for $4. Do we have to scan the coupon for rebate or coupon is a discount to get $4?
