   was lucky enough to grab 2 pair i had to become a member which alows me to try on in store before i buy awesome deal only ones left were the pair on the left

   Was able to get 2 sizes since hubby is a half size, so hopefully one fits. Both where last ones in stock in store. I also had a $5 off $25 footwear syw coupon.

  I’m right here at my local sears after chatting with a rep. Who told me there were technical issues in the site and they couldn’t reserve it for me. THE ONLY PAIR FOR 9.98 IS SIZE 8.5 AND MY HUSBAND IS 9. The price in size 9 and up has changed to 49.99 in the site so i cant do price match. Soooo disappointed

   I couldn’t add them to my cart either so I chatted with a Sears rep. Here was what they replied:

   I sincerely apologize, as this product was on huge demand, all the units were quickly sold out. Currently this product is out of stock at our stores and warehouse. We hope to have this product available for the purchase soon, I request you to vis it our website regularly to check the availability*as we are not updated with exact restocking date).

   I WAS able to reserve them at a store…crossing my fingers…

  Exact thing happened to me. I also reserved in store after speaking to CS. I received my “reserved item is ready” email a bit ago, but the price changed to $39.99. I did a screen shot of the super sale price and I’ll bring with me, just in case!

  Same thing happened to me, price change. I can not get a screen shot of the lower price. I already closed the window and when I tried to pull up a cached version, the new price shows up. Any suggestions? Would you consider sending me a copy of your screen shot?

    Reserved the work boots online at the price of $9.98, but when I received the email the price was switched to $34.99. A manager at my local Sears store told me to call Sears.com, and after spending over an hour on the phone with Sears.com, they were absolutely no help either. Seems like this is a case of bait and switch…

  Take the original HIP2Save printed paper in…I picked up 2 pairs of boots and showed the 9.98 price and they did an override. Got $10.00 in points for the purchase also. I have the same issue that you had.

    I printed off the page where the boots were $9.98 and took it to the store with me… After getting the confirmation, the boots went up to $34.99..Went into the store for pick up and got 2 pairs and they honored the hip 2save price.. I had $5.00 in reward points and got $10.00 in reward points for the purchase ..Thanks!!

    Just picked up one pair at Sears, no problems at all to have the price changed to $9.98. Then it instantly took off a 15% SYW coupon dropping the price to $8.48. Also received $5.09 in points. Great deal.
