This had the correct price but when I put in all my info including cc it didn’t go through. I tried again and now it’s giving me full price with 5 books. Anyone else have this problem?

Has anyone ordered a used book from this store? I wonder how’s the used condition here cuz I ordered a kids used book in Amazon before and it was so bad and worn out that I had to return it.
I’ve ordered from here several times and I have only ever received one book that was missing a few pages. Some of them had been previous library books so they had some stamps on them but other than that great condition. Hope that helps!
I order books for my kids from this company regularly. I have had nothing but good experience with them And they do offer a satisfaction guarantee. On one occasion I received 2 books (out of 10 that time)that were not up to par. I emailed them and within the hour they emailed apologizing and stating they would replace the books and send them expedited shipping. I received the replacements which were better quality within days. They also told me to keep the original copies I received and either donate, recycle or pass them on. You have to keep in mind they are still used so some have a little wear and tear but nothing horrible. They do rate the condition so be mindful of that when ordering. They also donate books for every one purchased so I like that I am also paying it forward. Sorry so long – hope this helps.

I found some of the larger collection books on sale, too (Barbie fairytale collection, Disney princess collection), and they have 4 or 5 stories in each book and are 150+ pages and were still only $2.39 after the 40% off!
