I have been very disappointed lately with kohls. Their prices are well above other retailers. This used to be combatted by the coupons that had few exclusions. They recently revised their coupons to exclude most major brands. Big turnoff in my opinion. I have been a kohls charge card holder for 8 years and will likely be canceling.
Higher prices is a marketing tactic, feels like a deal after promotions for those that don’t necessarily price compare. As for exclusions, it’s the brands making the restrictions, not Kohl’s.
Hit the clearance racks, with the coupons last weekend it was a major score. Ive almost exclusively bought my daughters clothes there because the deals are amazing 😀
Lately I have been very disappointed with kohls also. Especially since they sent the wrong items in my last order! Now im out my discounts and savings, no items i needed and have to worry with returning the items! Such a pain!
Kohl’s messes up my online orders at LEAST HALF of the time. I send emails to their social media emails and customer service and they will just refund your money..totally sucks when you find an awesome deal and have a coupon. I have even emailed corporate and received a call back from a “higher” up. She was nice..apologized and refunded my money but I totally just wanted the merchandise I spent time shopping for online and strategizing using coupons for. but then a few weeks later ANOTHER order was sent to me wrong. BEWARE people.

Ordered a few pieces of clothing for my niece. 2 pairs of the Wallflower jeans reg 40.00 each on sale for 4.00 each, SO V-neck tunic reg. 18.00 on sale for 5.39, seamless camisole reg 16.00 on sale for 5.60, striped hoodie reg. 40.00 on sale for 8.00, Mudd V-neck top reg 20.00 on sale for 6.00, and a pair of Therapeutic Hello Kitty socks reg. 8.00 on sale for 5.60. Original Total would have been – 182.00, with sale prices & discounts applied ( used vacayready for 10.00 off 30.00, flower15 for 15% off total, and applied 10.00 Kohls cash ) – my total out of pocket for everything was 24.12 incl 6.95 shipping. Wish I had a code for free shipping but didn’t have a high enough total for the current free ship codes. My niece is gonna be so excited and I am thrilled with the deals I got.

In-store today there were lots of mens sweats 60% off – including Nike and Adidas. I found some Tek Gear pants for $12 (very good quality)! I also saw lots of toddler winter stuff and jammies cheap. Also, for some reason, my Khols still had lots of Christmas candles 80-90% off.

I had a very bad experience at kohls last week.the manager didn’t let me use my $10 off $30 coupon in 2nd transaction. ..:(
same here, they have been VERY VERY stingy on coupon use. when they deny me for the 2nd time I just tell them, I will just take my clothes to the KIOSK and order is with the coupon there than. Its not like I was spending exactly $30 either it was over $100 worth of merchandise. YOU’D THINK they would rather me spend the money IN THEIR STORE while I have it on hand instead of dropping it off and buying on the kiosk with the same coupon they denied letting me use at their cashier.
Oh and I also want to note, that I had two DIFFERENT $10/30 coupons with two different codes. One was from my email and another was mailed to me. Its not even like I printed the same coupon twice. These were different
If I were to buy a $30 junior’s dress – could I use a $10 off $30 coupon making it $20 and then use $20 in kohl’s cash making it free or can I not use a coupon with the Kohl’s cash and have to use all $30 in kohl’s cash?
