   I didn’t watch the video:( would it be a good idea to watch all videos and have them saved? Or do I have to print all the coupons once I see the video? Thanks!

  I watch all the videos the beginning of the month. You don’t have to print then out all at once. I only print what i need when there’s a deal. The vvs stay saved to your account til you print them or til they expire.

  The video value coupons stay in your account until they expire or you print. I watch the videos early each month and then print as needed. This gives me option to use when a great deal is posted!

  I watch them while I’m cleaning or doing laundry because you don’t have a time limit like you use to. About a year or two ago you had 30 seconds when the video was over to put in a code or you loose the one you just watched. Now just turn on a video walk away then next time your near the computer start another one. You don’t even have to ever watch them.

   Is anyone else having a hard time accessing their Video Values? I watched all of March’s, but they are not showing up and my February ones have disappeared as well. The screen is blank/white after I’ve logged in. I’ve cleared my cookies and tried 3 different browsers. IDK??

  I sent two emails to the Ad Perk help desk (still have not heard back) and also did an online chat with the Rite Aid customer service, which just referred me to Ad Perk. There are 3 February ones that I want to print before Saturday. Ugh, so frustrating!
