Off topic…but just received my cottonelle toilet roll holder canisters!they are perfect…the material is nice and thick and the top fits snugly. Perfect for arts and crafts and even Lego sets!

I NEVER get them. NEVER once. I shop there, have a JCP credit card and rewards card. Bummer. Maybe they only send to people who DON’T shop there, to try to bring them into the store.
Don’t feel bad I never get them either.. No I don’t have a jcpenny charge card..not sure what list you have to be on for these offers . I wish we could find out!

I have a JCP credit card and rewards, and I get them . I do shop there quite a bit though. Last month, I had a $10 reward from Xmas, a $10 off $25 and 2 $10 coupons!

Hopefully, I will get this…I’m an occasional shopper at JCPenney and I am signed up for their emails. I did just use my $10 off $10 lingerie/sleepwear coupon from JCP last night (it expired March 2) and was able to score a $36 gown for $10.
Different store, but I also used a Kohl’s $15 off $15 coupon last night. With my $5 yes reward(thought it had expired!), I got a Mickey Mouse watch for $2.13! I was really surprised but happy. The watch is like a bangle bracelet so it can be casual dressy or just casual. Felt good about that purchase! Almost missed those deals though cause I thought it was just more junk mail! 🙂

How do you get 15 off 15 kohls. I never get these i have kohls cc and i shop pretty often.
I’m not sure how I got the coupon….I really haven’t shopped at Kohl’s as much in the past year so maybe that was their way of wooing me back? I think it really is random because my friend who lives in the same area as I do gets different offers as well from both Kohls and JCP and I know she has shopped both stores more frequently than I have. I will say it looked like junk mail so I almost didn’t even open it.

Does anyone know how to file a complaint with the post office about possible mail theft. I have received several opened samples, and the samples gone, and haven’t received a jcp mailer in five months I contacted jcp they did infact confirm i was on the mailing list to receive them but did say sometimes they aren’t mailed to all areas. I don’t know where along the line my items are being opened or stolen but I’m pretty feed up with it. Any advice? Thanks! I love my local postoffice ladies and don’t ruffle their feathers..they put up with a lot of samples and coupons in my box, but it seems worse lately.
