WOW – I am with you – total headache wandering the aisles doing math – ha! I ended up purchasing two of the Charmin 30 packs and three bottles of Windex because I still had three of those great $2/1 Windex item from a few weeks ago. When all was said and done, I think I paid about $.26 per roll PLUS there is a rebate on Checkout 51 for the Windex.

The target $10 off says 1 per customer so I assume if you do separate transactions you can use it more than once
Yes you can. No limits like cvs and riteaid
My Target wouldn’t let me count more than one item from each brand. So only one of the two Unstoppables counted toward the $40. Same thing with Clorox products — I had a Clorox wipes & Clorox toilet scrubbies, wouldn’t recognize both. I was VERY frustrated, & had them remove many of my items. 😞
See…my point exactly. Absolutely infuriates me to no end when they make up their own rules! not quite sure how that isn’t illegal and considered false advertising

It is cheaper if you get the smaller pack. .18 per regular roll or .40 per double

The real headache starts when you get there after already having a plan in place & discover that one or more of the items is not in stock… Although that would probably be the least frustrating thing that has happened at target lately
Yesterday I went and got three swiffer refills the kind that are 4.49 each one glad trashbag box on sale for 10.99 and a 12 count mega roll on sale for 12.99
After coupons and cartwheel I paid 22.91!
i really needed trash bags, so I did this
