if it says $3 reward for 1, will we get $6 for sure if we buy 2 together??? has somebody did this before???? just asking because i know wallgreens they are pain in the neck! i prefer cvs much easier
i’ve purchased 7 in a single transaction previously when 3000 points were offered per purchase of a bottle and had no problem. i received 21000 points likitty split! cvs is where i have problems. i’m often being charged tax on the extra bucks i use there (store coupon, state law). the cvs tax team confirmed that i should not be being charged tax on store coupons. waiting to hear from them currently.
ECBs that you earn from the weekly ad are considered “cvs manuf” coupons, and therefore you are charged tax (most states it’s pre-coupon). Only true store coupons will reduce the local/state taxes. And those are the bucks you earn for the quarter, pharmacy rewards & beauty club. Some coupons that print from the magic machine, are true store coupons, while others will ring as a “cvs manuf” coupon.
Your receipt will state CVS or CVS manuf.
thank you, jim beam. I notice the same problem with CVS. I handed 5+0.87 ECB and only able to spend $4.76 after tax. Thank you for solving the puzzle in my head!
My store no longer allows multiple points for the same items. You will want to check with your store to see if they do.
Yes, you will get $6 in points. Just Keep in mind , don’t pay with your previous balance points. You should be fine 😊
Does anyone know how long this deal will last?
