I had ordered these from the same website during the BlackFriday sale. I was very much disappointed. The logo looks kind of tilted and I feel its not original. I have tons of other bags from GUESS but this bag from BonTon is probably a fake/counterfeit product. I do not recommend it to others.

Miriam how was the quality? Are they well made, I don’t mind too much about the logo, but how is the zipper and stitching? Will they hold up for an occasional travel bag? Thanks for your input, I unfortunately already ordered 2, but I was about to order another one for my sister, but now I’m not sure.
😟i hope that’s not the case that they are counterfeit. $18 x2 is still my hard earned money.
Bon Ton is a department store that is on par with Macy’s or Nordstrom. I doubt they knowingly sell counterfeit bags. In my opinion, the quality of Guess has gone downhill considerably. Why I was in high school 20 years ago, they sold high quality stuff. When I’ve looked at their products recently, I felt they were overpriced for the quality of the goods.
Why can’t you see the inside of any of these bags?
I went online and looked at other websites that showed the inside. It helps to kind of get an idea of what you’re getting.
I do everything and they give me the discount but they will not take my credit card they say something that’s wrong… It’s wrong with my credit card😹😹😹😹😹
I just received my Guess tote in the mail today. The chrome Guess symbol on the side of the bag was upside down. What??? I called BonTon and all they said they could do was refund my money if I returned my tote because they didn’t have any more in stock. UGH!!! They didn’t even sound surprised and I had a supervisor on the phone. I didn’t want to return the tote and not get another one because I love it. So I’m keeping my upside down symbol tote. I just cant believe they don’t check them BEFORE they mail them or I think it was intentional. The bag is in good shape but from the comment above I kind of wonder if it is a fake. I also called Guess and they wont help out because I didn’t buy from Guess. People above please let me know if anybody else experiences this, I’m curious. Thanks!
I’m so angry with how my bags were shipped. They sent them in poly mailer bags and the bags got to my door all scuffed and ripped so of course the hardware on the bags were all scratched too…plus one bag has black tape all over the bottom of it! I ordered 4 bags and they shipped them each in a separate bag so now when I go to print a return label it’s only giving me one label when I really need 4. I’m going to have to call Shoprunner and try to fix it. Luckily I went through them so I get free returns. You’d really think a store like this would be a little more careful with their shipping methods.

I got the same dome one as you and 2 square shaped laments and the Litchfield dome. I may keep the Litchfield because the scratches are only on the bottom on that one. So bummed.
I have my doubts as well. MiNE looked ok on arrival(no scuffs) though not great quality, but the description said something different – the label attached described it as having inner pockets and there are none. Also the label inside the bag said “Linning” instead of ‘Lining’ – a sure sign of a counterfeit, according to various websites.

I was going to give it to my sister as a present but it’s going back. I like the other bag, it’s cute, it’s made out of material so I’m happy to keep it, but I hardly think these were worth more than $18 in the first place. So glad I ordered through shoprunner and will have free returns.
