  I have it. It works great for our needs. We found it was the most compact one when folded. Just a nice umbrella stroller. Nothing fancy

   super slow, but after giving up once, I went back and it is now working much more quickly
   only concern is that it shows $0 for shipping, but there is a note that the confirmation email will show any final shipping charges …. seems weird that they might or might not charge for shipping and I won’t know in advance?

    BEWARE: I placed an order earlier and the discounted price showed in my cart and I checked out and I just noticed the confirmation email had the full price and my card was charged the full amount. Annoyed that I have to call now, their customer service wait time has always been awful.

    I had issues ordering online on Wed. night. Cards kept declining because of “incorrect billing address”. I called customer service in the morning on Thurs. & they said they were aware of their web issues, I.T. is working on it and they’d contact me via email and fix it. Well I got an email today (Friday) and they said to reorder everything and I’d still get 50% off and free shipping. Went online, everything in my cart went up in price, and shipping isn’t free anymore. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  I had basically the same experience as Natalie. I tried to buy a $100 play yard for 50% off. It kept giving a billing error. Their email reply said it was a glitch and it’s fixed now. When I went back, the price was now $140 and the code is only good for 30% off. That makes it $98!

  Nobody answers their phones so I can’t get any resolution.
