  Their payment page is not secure I eould chose pay with paypal their site is secure. As for the company they have a A+ from the BBB but it looks like it also takes going to the BBB if you want a refund for whatever reason even if they just did not send your package or they got your returned item weeks ago.

   You can get Scotch brand duck tape on Amazon for $3.50 a roll. And its 20 yards per roll. So about the same price, you get to pick your colors, and its name brand quality.
