You usually don’t pay for shipping for subscribe & save orders. You can cancel your subscription as soon as this months order ships (you get one s&s order shipment per month – it will let you know what your “shipment day” is on your order page.) You get a 5% discount on your order, unless you order 5+ subscribe & save items in one order, then you get 15% your order. Often times finding cheap “filler items” like the Tampons, can boost you up to 5 items and really save you quite a bit more. Read amazons faqs/info page on subscribe and save, and it will probably explain better.

If you already used the coupon not long ago, you won’t be able to get the deal. Sometimes they reset coupons though. This one doesn’t show to me as I got the same deal a week ago or so
