Shipping is calculated for each item you order. Its not a flat rate per order amount.
Kind of true. They do not double the shipping cost if you order two of the same item, though. I ordered two sets of magnets and used two “free” codes, and my shipping went from $4.25(ish) for one to $5.24 for both. So, it is more cost efficient if you order it all at once.

That was a great tip. I got 3 sets of 2×2 magnets (using 3 different promotions — my Kellogg’s code, GIFT4U and MAGNET4FB) and paid only $6.49 shipping (plus a tiny amount of tax), so just over 50 cents per magnet. Considering that these were retail $14.99 per set, the subtotal would have been $44.97 without codes (not that I would have ever bought them at that price).
