I bought one and it only lasted about a month. The entire bag system fell off the hook! Be warned!

I bought the last time they came around, and they are cute! However, with just a few purses in it (and nothing too heavy at all), it literally fell apart with the hook coming right out of the top. I contacted them today to see about remedy but honestly not expecting much. Cute concept but just not very sturdy.
