I was just at Target picking up my toilet paper order. For the first time, I had a really rude customer service person and the story just makes me laugh, I hope it does some of you. I’m in my early 30’s and I look really young. It doesn’t help that we were doing a lot of yard work today and I was wearing a t-shirt and had my hair pulled back in a pony tail and had no make-up on. So I’m looking pretty young.

So I told the woman that I was there to pick-up an online order. When I told her my name, I said, “it is a lot of toilet paper.” Her expression immediately changed and she says, in a very rude tone, “what are you going to do with all that toilet paper.” Another woman was there and looked at me and I said, “use it.” Then she asked where I was going to keep it. I said, I’ll probably stock pile it in my basement. I won’t have to buy toilet paper for a year. I really think that she thought I was a sloppy teenage that was planning to go TP houses. The thought of that made me laugh.

She asked me if I got a good deal and I said, “yes, a very good deal but I had to buy 8 in order to get the lowest price.” Then she groaned with each 20 foot long trip she made into the back room to get my toilet paper packages. I just laughed thinking that instead of being so grouchy about my order, that she should be thankful the sale wasn’t on 20 pound bags of dog food. We got through that a lot faster than we do toilet paper!

      LOL ๐Ÿ™‚
yep some people are so “funny”… When I have “talk” with that kind of people my answers on all questions are:”I have a plan dont worry”;-)

    • Heather C

      Very funny ๐Ÿ˜›

    • M

You were nice for even answering her questions! Who does she think she is that you owe her an explanation? Rude!

    • Becks

Lol. It’s odd that cashiers at various places seem to have a “need to know” attitude. I hope there’s a deal on tampons soon & you buy 8 cases of those! Wonder if someone will need to know you’re intensions then too!

      • Denise

        That is funny

    • saving4girls

I’m kind if confused about all these new “scent boosters” … Can someone explain the purpose of these? Aren’t most detergents heavily scented anyway? To me this just seems like a waste of money but maybe I’m missing something ??

    • meg

I tried these and thought it was a waste of money. They do not make the clothes smell good. Detergent and fabric softner does the job. Just my opinion though.

    • tipaye

      Agreed!

    • mel

Well, I personally like them. I think they add a little more scented staying power than just using detergent. Also, some things you just can’t use fabric softener on (such as athletic clothes, towels and kids PJs), so this is a nice alternative.

    • megan

I use them in my homemade laundry soap. They add a really nice scent, but yeah if you buy regular scented laundry soap they are kind of pointless.

  7. brandice

I also put them in boiling water and it scents the house and I use them in the vacuum cannister and scents the house after vacuuming

  8. brandice
