Some people have said they get 2-3 surveys a week. I get that many in a month and no samples since I signed up. What am I doing wrong? How can I get more surveys and samples? Thanks.
I’ve been in since October… My first payment never came and once I requested by mail I got PayPal option. I got PayPal payment the next day after I requested. I never get samples either … I usually don’t do surveys the same day I get them so I don’t know if that is why
You have to go into your profile and change Frequency to “No Limit”, right now it’s probably at 1 Study ever two weeks. I used to only get 2-3 surveys a month up until I changed it in my profile, now I get at least 1-2 a week. And I don’t think you can do anything differently to get the Free Samples, I think it all depends on your answers on a particular study that qualifies you to try a new product. I been with this company for 4 years now and I probably have received 5 or 6 samples.
Thank you for the tip. I just changed my survey frequency to “no limit”, it was previously set at every two weeks.
that tip is not worked for me ,because I changed to no limit after that I get 4,5 surveys next they stopped again coming 1 survey for 2weeks

I believe number 1 is Mysurvey. Not really sure. But it takes forever to get the minimum to cash out on mysurvey

I have not gotten a survey since September, September! And I could not find anywhere how to edit my profile.
Without going into all the details, I had the same issue couple of months ago, I couldn’t find my profile to change the Frequency to No Limit again so I emailed Karen Scott with my personal info and she was very helpful, from what she told me account was closed which is why I couldn’t find the my profile tab, but took care of it all.
I am already a member but with an old email address. How do I go about changing it to my new one? Can you help me?

It took me over a year to get accepted. I have had a similar experience. I actually received two checks for surveys. I was sick for a few weeks wasn’t on the computer so I missed a few surveys. Now I haven’t had any in several months.
Anyone know how to get the pinecone cahs or check reward? I have 1350 rewards points and don’t know how to redeem?
