How do you add prescription access? I filled out the profile but not sure where is the step to allow prescription access for CVS?

      I HAVE THE SAME QUESTION…

      • Kerri

Ok so after about an hour of looking, if you click on the little link on your email on top left “you’re almost there…” it takes you to RXprescription Center. Then go to family prescription accounts – and there is a place to make active your allow prescription access…that’s all I can find and all CVS customer service can agree with:)

I got this email a couple days ago and couldn’t figure it out on my mobile and now having issues adding it on the actual website on a computer. If you go through the link in the email and sign in it automatically opens the right page when you are on a computer… but for me I click submit and it is saying it doesn’t match their records. It has been over a year since I have gotten a RX from them though. I have updated all of my account info and it is still not going through. Maybe you have to have a current RX?

Here’s the CVS faq on how to add.

I have no clue how to add prescription access when my prescription is already listed on my account. There are no directions.

    • Kristine Franklin

Agreed! If anyone knows how, please let us know! 🙂

    • shopper

If you can already see the history of prescriptions, refill etc, then you already have prescription management access.

Since this email came during the week, before Thursday, it’s a generic email sent out to all.

Thursday’s I get emails tailored to me. The rest of the week I get % off online, look for coupon at the magic box – that is mentioned in ad, etc. rather than emails based on my habits.

I got the Noodles and Co drink one. My husband got a BOGO Buff Bowl offer.
