   Can someone please help me understand something. I’ve never brought an ecard from JCP before. Is it required that you have to spend all $50 in one transaction (purchased merchandise)? Can you have the cashier transfer ecard to a physical gift card? TIA!

  You don’t have to spend all at one time. The balance will be left on ecard. I’m not sure if jcpennys will transfer to physical card. I know some places like Starbucks do

  It can be used online or in store. You can print out the e-gift card or show it to the store associate on your phone.

  Nikki…Go all the way to the checkout process and once you are logged in it deducts the $10 off.

    My total is showing $50 at the final check out page to place my order. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to buy $50 worth of e gift cards other than jc penny and then add the jc penny e gift card?

    Do I need to enter a code? I logged in through Collin link entered my credit card information, but it shows $50.
