   I filled out the form but you need the coupon driver downloaded. Bummer… I don’t download things like that onto my computer.

   I keep getting the error message as well. I’m on a PC and I’ve tried it in IE and in Chrome….

   Thanks. Worked for me on my mobile phone. Just change to desktop view & form will appear. I chose to have it shipped along with the kit.
