I got my Keurig from Kmart year ago when you posted a great deal. I love it 🙂 Coffee pods are expensive so we use only when is a good sale, but otherwise we use regular coffee in the reusable filter. A week ago it stopped working and I called the customer service and they send me a new one. They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 🙂
Thanks for everything you do for us 🙂

Wow–great customer service. Did Kmart replace it or Keurig?

Wow! Mine stopped brewing a full cup but never thought to call customer service.. what was wrong with yours?

Just FYI, I thought my keurig was dead after only a year and I was on the verge of calling customer service to see if they’d replace it. Just before I called I decided to google “tips to fix keurig when it stops brewing.” I found out that by unfolding a paper clip and sticking it into the needle that pokes into the kcup, I was able to unclog it (apparently it was clogged with coffee grounds). I then took a straw and placed one end on the needle and blew several times on the other end. This helped to unclog it the rest of the way. It immediately started brewing a full cup again just like new. I was SO happy and thankful I didn’t have to go a single day without my keurig 🙂 Anyway, hope this helps someone out there who is having issues with their keurig!

I understand the man who invented the Keurig coffee maker now regrets doing so because of the massive nu-recyclable coffee pods that wind up in landfills.

Oops – typo. that should have been “non-recyclable,” not “nu-recyclable.”
