Slightly related…I finally got my paper towels from the office depot deal a few months ago. There was a 20 coupon that applied to the original order. When mine shipped they did not take that off. I called them and they did, but everyone else may want to double check their orders
I canceled my order with them BC they refused to honor that $20 off coupon and threatened to make me accept the order. No more Office Depot for me.
Did the same thing to me. I’m debating if I should call or go into the store. If they won’t honor the coupon, I will cancel.
Same thing here. They processed the order after two or three months but didn’t apply the coupon. I debated between calling or going into the store. Decided to call and it was surprisingly easy. They processed the $20 refund without a problem.
It won’t even allow me to create an account online!
I called them 4 times and just yelled at the guy when he told me to call office depot back tomorrow again…and I literally creamed ask for manager .He put me on hold and come back and told me he will give me back my money….never order anything from them again.he didn’t transfer the phone to the manager.grrrrr
