I need help! So I’m new to subscribe and save. Last month I placed my order one day and it arrived whitin a week. This month it will shit on June 1st and I have been putting things in there from the beginning. Well…..I just got an email reviewing my items before they are charged. I don’t see the prices reflecting the coupons and discounts I did once I subscribed to them. Does it means that I am charged the price I got when I placed the order or does the price changes and then that’s what they will charge you? I tried looking where it shows manage your subscription but I don’t show any clipped coupons. Help! Tia

Your ship date is the same every month, in your case the first. Maybe last month your order was finalized on the 25th so it seemed to come quickly…whereas this month you’ve been placing orders on may 4,12,17, and 27. All those orders will get shipped on the same date, on or close to the first of June. If you have an ongoing subscription,the price can change to reflect the current selling price.
I think I finally got it. This is what it says . The discount you receive for each order will be calculated off the Amazon.com price for the item on the day each order is placed. Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you are charged may also increase or decrease. The last part confuses me but I think they are saying for the following months on those subscriptions. Right?
If they were purchased for shipping on your next Subscribe & Save order date, you’ll be charged the price you got when you placed the order. The manage your subscription page just shows the current price. You’ll need to look at each item’s order details page to see the coupons and discounts.
Claudia, if you go to your order summary, click on view details for each order, you will see the price reflected with coupons and discounts. I agree Amazon can be confusing with the email they send before ship date.
If you go into manage you should be able to see what they are charging you prior to shipping
