What is the difference between children, youth, toddler? I will have a 2 1/2 year old in the winter and guessing she will be a size 8. Would i order toddler, youth, children?
you should order toddler size. my daughter is 4 and still wears 12 size toddler.

How are you all able to check out? I keep getting errors on my page!?! Tried to send a message via email and I get a forbidden message. On the phone trying to get through with a wait time of 31 minutes. Just wondering how you all are able to purchase?
I think it’s just luck—if you’re able to get through the internet traffic. You could keep trying. I went on not long after this was posted and checked out with no problems. After i checked out, I told several friends about the deal. 1 was able to buy a couple pairs, the others weren’t able to get through.
If it’s not goin through look at the checkout page it may have switched to OOS 🙁
I found that it would not “allow” me to check out because items in my cart were sold out. I had to remove those items before proceeding. Try that maybe…or it could be possible that site crashed.

I had one item that they did not cancel, but it was the item I wanted the least so I cancelled the entire order.
If anyone was able to purchase the Women’s Newbie Tall Boot for $24.12 would you be willing to post a picture of your email confirmation that states that price? I was able to purchase one pair of those but the price went up to $36 while in my cart because of their computer issues and I have to prove that it was on sale for $24.12 In order to get my money back…. Still no cancellation. Would be thrilled if the order went through. Not sure why they are canceling some and not others. If the purpose of the cancellations was to raise the prices and not bc items are out of stock, why let any orders go through at all?

I finally talked to customer service regarding why my order was cancelled. They said that when they pulled my order for shipping everything in my order was out of stock. I placed my order at about 9:30am EST the day of the post. I know I shouldn’t be so annoyed but I am!
But then everything went back in stock for higher prices. I don’t get it.
I finally got an email from Sorel for my Newbie boots saying my order was processing and my cc WAS charged. Also, the online invoice I received showed a discount of 80% off @ $24.12, not 70%, which might explain why the price went up later in the day. Might have been a mistake on their part that they didn’t catch and correct til later.
I really hope you guys get your order. I placed my order before they updated their prices, actually, right after Colin posted the deal. Bummed!
