You dont have to use just visa. You can use other types too.

You have to use the visa checkout option. However, you can load other type credit cards to your visa checkout account and use those.

I have the dd app with two cards on it, can I so this twice?
VERY silly question: I purchased a card and it shows my card number, but I don’t have a smart phone. Will I get an actual card in the mail?
since it is an app that you load the money on, i don’t think so? when they digitally credit you the money, they would not know if you have a smartphone or not, so they wouldn’t know which people to send physical cards to, i think.
if you contact the physical store in your town maybe you can ask them if you bring a printout of card number if they can enter the number manually at register.

I’ve pretty much ditched Starbucks except I still have a little more on Starbucks gift card to spend, then I’ll be strictly a Dunkin girl. Same here. I read the other comments that said they used other credit cards besides Visa and got the $10 credit, so I used Discover. I loaded $25 onto an existing DD card but did not get the $10 credit. Bummer…wonder what I did wrong???

Apparently, as some earlier comments say (which I just went back and read myself), you have to first, click through “load card now” link and choose the Visa Checkout option (where you can apparently pay with any major credit card, not just Visa–this is a bit confusing) and secondly, load $25. I thought I went through the link but apparently I did not and didn’t get the bonus $10. Oh, well.
Calling about the 10 BUCKS I DID NOT GET. SAID WAIT TIME IS 2 MINUTES. NOW ON HOLD FOR 15:33.
I just loaded my Dunkin Card online with Visa pay and did not receive my $10.00 bonus. Is there someone I can call?
There is a new promotion now but if you took advantage of this one (in June of 2015), you won’t get the $10 again (in 2016). It’s once per customer.
