Yes, I did it on my desktop and it worked. I guess it doesn’t like mobile. I also used my Sears card and got an additional % off. My total was $21 and I got 6% back from ebates! 🙂

My bonus points usually take 1-2 days to load. Usually they are their by the next day. Once in a while it will take an extra day.

The points will be added to your account as soon as they are processed as ready for pickup. (when you get the pickup ready confirmation e-mail) For those that elected to have them shipped, the points will load to your account when your lanterns are officially shipped.

Actually I lied, these points are different. In the Point Details it states: “Members get $5 back in points (5,000 pts) when you purchase select Lanterns. Points will credit to member account 4 days after receipt” So apparently it will take 4 days… which is the strangest thing I’ve ever seen! So if your order ships and you don’t see the points right away, thats why!

I just chatted with 2 sears customer representatives and they both said different things so I am not sure who to believe. lol. anyways one person said it will be automatically loaded to your account within 24 hours and the other said it will be loaded after I pick up my items and then 5 to 7days. As long as I am getting my points back I am happy 🙂

You will get the points 4 days after your receipt and then they will either expire within 90 days or a year (there are conflicting stories on this, but you have at least 90 days!)

Did anyone else not get an order confirmation? Mine is still showing as an open order to be picked up at my local store next week, but I never received an email and it looks like the order was never filled.
