Big lots,Sam’s, Sears sell these items forp pretty reasonable prices.Plus you can put on a credit card to save more.The only thing about big lots is if you buy it in store you have to pick up yourself.Big lots have a leasing program for there furniture items.

I have $10 for Kmart and $5 for Sears and Kmart. I have items in my Kmart cart, but it shows only $10 surprise points. Why can’t I use $15? Does anybody know, thank you!
When I clicked learn more it said the points couldn’t be used with other surprise points.
Sometimes the points can’t be combined. It will say no valid with any other offers. So double check the fine print. Split the items into two orders. So you can take advantage of all your points

I don’t get these surprise points anymore, but I’ve seen a banner ad while online that say “We’ve missed you. Click here for $5 surprise points.” There’s a code to enter that gets $5 points when you purchase $5.

I recieved an e mail that says $10.00 in surprise points but when I log in it says you have no surprise points. do I need to do something to have the points show up when I login?
a similar situation happened to me recently, i COULD see my surprise points one day in my account, and i could show the email about the points to the manager and employees at Kmart, but when i checked out, the points would not show up then, or come off my total. i tried shopping online the next day, and the points no longer looked like they were in my account when i logged in. they also did not show up at online checkout.
i called the SYW number, and a really friendly and understanding rep answered my call. he was able to manually make sure the points were back in my account, and the next day i went back to Kmart and had no trouble. he had seen this problem before. he also made sure the points would have absolutely NO exclusions when i went back to the store, due to all the trouble i had had.
might be worth trying to call? explain the date of email, amount of points, and the terms of the points, and see if they can manually update your account.

My Sears cashier said they are not even supposed to tell the customer they have surprise points,we have to tell them. She also told me as long as you keep using the surprise points,they will keep sending you more and it seems like they send them out every Thursday. I use mine every week, I either get $5 off $5 or $10 off $10, so I’ve been able to get my one year old lots of clothes for free…I’ve had to start shopping bigger sizes just because I had so many clothes from doing this! Love it when I can get freebies for my baby!
Anyone else notice that you can’t spend LESS using the surprise points anymore? Now it’s $10 off $10 or more, and my hubby’s account and mine won’t apply points unless it’s at least the amount given. Bummer—I usually just get stuff free and have a few cents of points leftover but I guess they caught on ;).
OFF TOPIC: Anyone else get this email that you won one of the points sweepstakes and to claim you have to submit the W9 tax form at their portal…should I contact them via phone to see if it’s a scam if so anyone have the number to call?
