  Just gave me free shipping on 2 24lb bags of dog food… plus I used PETCORMN15 for another $15 off $75. I’m guessing there are just some items that are exclusions

  Litter is always excluded from free shipping. Even for their normal spend $49 & get free shipping I believe that litter is excluded.
