Actually my local Kmart usually holds items until I finally get to town, thankfully they are good about this!
I ordered snow boots back in February for my son and never picked them up. Even forgot until I picked up a different order @ merchandise pickup in June and the clerk chased after me in the parking lot to let me know I had another order. I was surprised because I too believed they cancelled all orders after a week or so. Not all stores (Sears) work the same.
when i have opted to pick up items at sears that i purchased with points, i get an email that says after 5 days items are subject to be returned and purchase cancelled.
It depends on your sears. I’ve picked up an order several months after at my local hometown sears. I was shocked they still had it.

i got this one also, and was able to use on water shoes for my kids. sandals could work, too, since they aren’t usually very expensive.

I got an email for 30,000 points, equivalent to $30.00, when you spend $30.00. Yesterday I purchased:
4 Playtex-Sport tampons (Large pack)
4 Edge shave gels
2 Multi-pack Schick razors
2 Single-pack Schick razors
After coupons, my total was $32.24.
My receipt showed the 30,000 points added to my account immediately.

I really hate how Shop your way does all of these different promos and excludes people. I feel like the more you shop, the less you get. Can really make a person feel excluded. I want to take a survey. I want a free $10 points.
