Normally Ibotta is great, but I learned this weekend the “any brand” offers didn’t work with Sam’s Club multipacks for the yogurt offer, even though that offer was available under Sam’s. I bought an 18 pack of Yoplait, it didn’t recognize the upc and ask me to submit a photo. I submitted the photo via the ap and soon received an email letting me know the 18 count pack of Yoplait yogurt did not qualify for the “any brand yogurt” offer. Just a heads up to those of you who shop warehouse clubs.
On my ibotta the any brand yogurt has always been a single cup of yogurt and has excluded multi-packs in the fine pint for the offer. However, I rarely go to Sam’s Club so I’ve never checked to see if that offer is available there.
Same here Susie. I tried submitting for Chobani a while back, and got the same reply as you when I sent the UPC/pic. Additionally they said it’s only for single cups, not multipacks and it’s stated under the rebate detail exclusions (which I had overlooked). I guess the “any” offers just auto populate all the stores. Like strawberries and bananas showing in CVS & Rite Aid, yet neither store sells produce.

Does anybody have a number for customer service, i have been locked out of my account for almost 2 weeks and can’t figure out what’s wrong, even after changing my password.
They don’t have a phone number. You have to email them or try using FB if you have it. They have awful customer service & will deactivate accounts & keep the money & use every excuse in the book why they did it. Good Luck.

I can’t sign in anymore to my Ibotta acct because it says I need to upgrade to the new version. Not doing any upgrades to or on my phone.
Updating the app doesn’t upgrade your phone, it’s just asking your permission to make the app changes (something you would have needed to agree to when you originally downloaded the app). Every time there are bugs or they change up the app, they have to release a new version. If you want the app to work correctly on your phone, it is best to update the app.

Is everyone else having issues logging in? I try resetting the password and entering the password and get the same message “Error Token Invalid”. Please advise
See their website help section, there’s an answer for that. Basically there’s an sync error.

For the many ibotta users having difficulty signing on, this issue happened to me a few weeks ago while shopping. I turned on my app and then it went to the log in page? When I tried to log on I got that same error?!? Tried everything (reset password, getting CS support which was interesting as you had to be in your account to actually do that, etc). Finally, googled a CS ibotta email address and reached out to them that way and they deactivated my account due to, get this too many fraudulent receipts????!!!! WHAT?!? I returned a polite but disappointed email stating I don’t even know how to do that, nor have I ever received an email from them stating I’ve done this type of illegal activity. They apologized and stated something about an internal error and quickly reactivated my account later that day! So bizarre!!!! Best of luck H2S & ibotta users!
