  I filtered Missy/Dresses and those dresses are marked down with a notation $10 off and when I added a dress for $24.99 the $10 was automatically deducted!!

   I’m signed into my account but it’s not giving me free shipping. I get to the payment screen and it still shows 5.95 shipping. What am I doing wrong?

  The same thing happened to me. After you get to that screen, you need to login to your account again. Then click on the shopping cart and it should show your order with free shipping.
